How orders are packed, shipped and delivered.

Who ships your order
Each seller packs and dispatches their own products. If your cart has items from more than one seller, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Sellers usually dispatch within 1 to 3 working days of the order.
- Delivery normally takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your pincode.
- The expected delivery time is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges, if any, are set per seller and shown in your cart before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive tracking details by email. You can also check status on the Track Order page or in My Account.
Delivery issues
If a package arrives open or damaged, please note it with the delivery partner if possible and report it through Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery.
