How we collect, use and protect your personal data.

This policy explains what personal data Digital Vision Corner collects, why we collect it and how we protect it. It applies to customers and sellers using this website.

What we collect

Account details: name, email address, mobile number and password (stored only as a secure hash).
Order details: billing and shipping addresses, items ordered and order history.
Payment details: payments are processed by our payment gateway. We receive a payment status and reference, never your full card or UPI credentials.
Seller details: business name, address, GST and PAN where provided, and bank account details for payouts.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your cart.

How we use it

To process orders, payments, deliveries, returns and refunds.
To share the shipping name, address and phone number with the seller who fulfils your order. Sellers do not receive your email address or payment details.
To verify sellers, calculate commission and make payouts.
To prevent fraud, secure accounts and meet legal and tax obligations.
To send order updates. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.

Sharing

We share data only with sellers (for fulfilment), payment and delivery partners, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

We keep order and tax records for as long as the law requires and delete or anonymise other data when it is no longer needed. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is restricted by role.

Your rights

You can view and update your details in My Account, and ask us to correct or delete your data through Contact Us.

Grievance officer

Complaints about privacy or the handling of your data can be raised through Contact Us. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
