The marketplace

Digital Vision Corner is an online marketplace. Products are listed and sold by independent sellers, whose name is shown on every product page. The seller is responsible for the product, its description, quality, warranty and dispatch. We provide the platform, checkout and customer support.

Accounts

• You must give accurate details and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.
• An order is confirmed when payment succeeds or, for cash on delivery, when the seller accepts it.
• A seller may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or listed at a clearly wrong price. Any amount paid is refunded in full.

Sellers

Sellers must hold the rights to sell what they list, comply with applicable law and our seller rules, and keep listings accurate. We may remove listings or suspend stores that break these terms.

Prohibited use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to access other users’ data, post unlawful or misleading content, or interfere with its security.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
